ByWater Solutions would utilize prize monies to fund development of our prototype “Supportal”. This project will give us the opportunity to provide even more exceptional customer service and support to our partners in the library industry. The ability to access everything we need in one location will not only make us more responsive, but give us a more comprehensive view of how to continue improving our services. This will also give us the opportunity to integrate our partners into support.
